I support interior designers with clear, well-organized drawings based on their design direction. My goal is to make the drafting process easier for your studio while keeping your design intent at the center of the work.
Yes. I can work within your templates, sheet structure, graphic standards, naming conventions, and redline workflow so the drawings stay consistent with your studio.
Each project has a fixed price based on its agreed scope and deliverables. New design decisions or substantial changes are quoted separately. A 50% deposit is required to start.
Please share your current plans, site measurements, sketches, markups, design references, and available project files. I can work with PDF, DWG, and Revit files (2025 or earlier), and use SketchUp files as a reference. Your local team is responsible for verifying site dimensions.
Send comments as consolidated redlines or notes. I include revisions within the agreed scope; new design decisions and substantial changes are quoted separately.
Yes. I can work with your studio across projects using your templates and standards. Each project has its own fixed price and timeline, with no monthly commitment. A 5% partner discount applies from your second project.
I prepare design-intent drawings and, when agreed, can provide drafting assistance to your local project team. Code review, permit responsibility, engineering and on-site verification remain with the appropriate local professionals.
Yes. I am comfortable working under an NDA and following your project confidentiality and file-sharing requirements.
Yes. I can offer a consultation, refine an existing layout, or develop new layout options based on your brief. We agree on the scope and fee separately.
